Kids Voting Rochester Volunteers staffed the polls on Election Night 2006.

Kids Voting Rochester Volunteers staffed the polls on Election Night 2006.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of Kids Voting Rochester. In 2006, 3800 students voted. This year we know that number can be doubled or tripled. This is your opportunity to volunteer in our community.

Here is how YOU can help!

On Election Day, November 4, 2008, we need poll workers to staff 41 neighborhood polling places throughout Rochester.  That is nearly 400 Election Day volunteers!

Poll Workers will greet young voters, provide them with a special Kids Voting ballot, and assist them as needed.  Each young voter will receive an “I Voted Sticker”.

For additional information, contact Julie at 507-288-8267 or Debbie at 507-281-8194
